Welcome to our new mobile surf school – The GAS Station
Years ago we started Gwithian Academy of Surfing from a trailer at Gwithian Car Park serving the customers coming from Gwithian. Since then we’ve expanded to a fully equipped surf school building with a surf shop located at Godrevy.
Now we are heading back to our roots by adding to our operations our new mobile surf unit. The GAS Station is located right on the sand at Gwithian Beach next to the Hungry Horsebox, where we will be serving up a whole lot of fun just yards from your beach towel.
Surf Lessons
Here you can book a taster surfing lesson, a beginners lesson, intermediate or even advanced if you’re in need of some help mastering some of the more complicated surf manoeuvres.
Board and Wetsuit Hire
We have all new 4mm Roxy and Quicksilver wetsuits in all sizes for hire if you fancy a splash in the sea, we can help keep you and the family warmer for longer.
Or why not hire a board from us? We have beginners surfboards, Stand Up Paddleboards, body boards and short boards all available for hire right on the beach.
Open Every Day
The GAS Station is open every day from 10-6pm from the end of May to mid-September so why not wander over and say hello to our friendly team.
