What if I said you could earn your money right on the beach while getting a tan and talking about surfing all day? Becoming a surf instructor is relatively straight forward for someone who is motivated, has a decent standard of surfing ability and good at communicating. It’s also one of the most enjoyable jobs there is.
If you want to be a surf instructor we will be running Academy of Surfing Instructors Level 1 Surf Instructor courses in April, May and June this year. The course only costs £260 to take – significantly less than a week wages when you qualify – and once you have passed you get to spend the summer at the beach.
The A.S.I Level 1 Surf Coach award is recognised worldwide so you could even get work in one of the many A.S.I surf schools dotted in all the great surf destinations around the globe.
